Terms and Conditions
Boston Sightseeing reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these terms and conditions. So, We encourage you to review the terms and conditions frequently to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions. This will apply when you access or use the Sites or order, receive, or use the Products. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Sites.
By Using Our Website, you agree that you shall not:
- Engage in any conduct that shall constitute a violation of any law or that infringes the rights of Boston Sightseeing.us or any third party.
- Users should not use any of our content without our permission.
- Bostonsightseeing.us may block, restrict, disable, suspend, or terminate your access to all.
- Bostonsightseeing.us reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions.
Operations
- Boston Sightseeing assumes no responsibility for tour delays.
- We do not issue refunds for tours that do not depart, and the customer’s only option in these instances is to take the next available tour.
- Boston Sightseeing has the right to change or cancel any scheduled trip on rare occasions due to weather, security unforeseen acts of nature, or other factors beyond our control.
Tickets
E-Tickets & Redemption
If you purchase tickets on the platforms, you’ll get a PDF invoice which will be your tickets for onboarding. There is no need to print the PDF you can just show the soft copy to any member of the Boston Sightseeing staff at your preferred boarding point. Please note that Boston Sightseeing doesn’t provide any physical tickets via the platform.
Remember Boston Sightseeing reserves the right to refuse any E-tickets presented without the credit card used to make the purchase.
Tickets to Travel
You should keep your e-tickets safe not only e-tickets the physical tickets also be kept safe as any replacements will not be issued. You must show or purchase your ticket as you board. The tickets remain the property of Boston Sightseeing and must be produced for inspection and, if requested to do so, be surrendered upon demand to any authorized Boston Sightseeing Officials. You will not be permitted to use any Boston Sightseeing services without a valid ticket for the entire journey that you love to make.
Ticket Validity
The tickets will be validated only for the date mentioned on the tickets and you can take them. You must travel on that exact date. If you wish to travel with a ticket that has any other date or the date that is different from the mentioned date on the ticket, it will be considered an invalid ticket, thus you cannot be able to travel with those invalid tickets.
With one ticket you can travel for a round trip only. Once you complete the round trip the validity is over and if you wish to be onboard again you must purchase tickets again. However, remember with Boston Sightseeing’s hop-on hop-off tickets you have the permission to hop on from any stop and hop off to any stop until your round trip is completed. Once you are at the stop from where you first onboard on the Boston Sightseeing bus your ticket’s validity is over.
Any tickets that are damaged by any means like water, tear up, etc. will count as an invalid ticket. Thus, you cannot able to board on Boston Sightseeing bus.
Tickets Lost
You must keep your ticket safe, if you lose your tickets, you will be responsible for it and you lose your ride. Boston sightseeing will not take any responsibility if you lose your tickets and if you want a ride, you will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement ticket or asked to leave the tour at the next stop.
Children Tickets
Children aged 3-12 years can purchase discounted tickets at a reduced fare. If a child is 2 years old or younger, they may travel free of charge if they do not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger. Remember any coupon will not be applicable for children’s tickets.
Customer Safety
- All customers on the upper deck must remain seated while the bus is moving for safety reasons. CCTV is installed on buses.
- All personal items must be protected and cared for by customers. Lost, stolen, or missing things are not the responsibility of Boston Sightseeing.
Departing Points and Times
Boston Sightseeing endeavors to provide departure points and times for the service that are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to vary such departure points and times without any prior notice at any time as circumstances require.
Tour Route
Boston Sightseeing reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of a march, parade, or where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond Boston Sightseeing's control.
TERMS OF USE
- Boston Sightseeing reserves the right to conduct photo and video shooting on any tours or events. By purchasing tickets from Boston Sightseeing, you agree to allow Boston Sightseeing to utilize your picture, voice, video, and/or appearance in a photograph, video, or another digital or electronic medium.
- Every sale is final. Any used or unused services will not be refunded. Boston Sightseeing has the right to change or discontinue any scheduled tour due to weather, security unforeseen acts of nature, or other factors beyond our control on rare occasions, and assumes no responsibility for delays.
- Coupon codes will not be applicable for children as they are already getting discounts.
